首先你得知道英语四级考试如何评分,英语四级考试的考试题型有限时作文(这道题是要收卷的)、快速限时阅读(也是要收卷的)、听力选择和听力填空(复合式听写)、大阅读、选词填空(15选10)、完型、翻译。它们占据的比例是固定的,按照百分制来算,作文占15分。快速阅读占10分(每小题1分),听力35分(其中,听力选择题每题1分,听力填空题单词填空每空0.5分,句子每空2分),大阅读20分(每题2分),选词填空即十五选十5分(每空0.5分),完型10分(每题0.5分)。
但是,英语四级考试可不是百分制的考试,不是你答了60分就通过的,有的人答了80分也没过,有的人答了45分却通过了,这是什么原因呢?原因就在于英语四六级考试实施710分制而不是百分制,过级分数线是426分即60%。(一般省份425分也算通过)。那么了解100分到710分两种分制直接如何换算才是你制胜的法宝。它们之间有一个复杂的计算公式,涉及很多函数还要考虑考生排名和正态分布。这个公式我们是很难弄懂的,但是英语四六级委员会的专家通过特殊的软件给出了一套估分公式,即标准分转化表,只要知道这个转化表,通过查表法即可算出自己的成绩,这个方法的估分误差不到百分制一。
首先,英语四级卷的这么多题型分成四个记分群, 个记分群是听力。第二个记分群是所有阅读(大阅读、快速阅读、十五选十)。第三个记分群是综合测试(完形填空和翻译)。最后一个记分群是作文。也就是说,百分制到710分制的转换不是看你百分制得了多少分然后对照表格看看这个分数对应多少标准分,而是计算出每个记分群你得了多少分,然后分别对应查表得到这个记分群里你的分数对应的标准分,然后再加和。这也就是我刚才所说的百分制的成绩和最后的过级没有什么必然联系的原因
